RENEW Diabetes Intensive
Driving diabetes into remission
What is it?
Our Diabetes Intensive is a comprehensive program that uses Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and our RENEW Therapeutic Lifestyle change process to help reverse diabetes and achieve remission. RENEW is an acronym that stands for Rest, Exercise, Nutrition, Empowerment, and Wellbeing, and it's the foundation of our approach to therapeutic lifestyle change. Our program includes personalized guidance from advanced registered dietitian nutritionists (RDNs) through both private and group telehealth meetings over a 12- to 16-week period. By following our program, participants can take control of their health and achieve lasting, sustainable results.
Who is it For?
The RENEW Diabetes Intensive is designed for anyone with diabetes who wants to achieve optimal wellbeing. Our program is suitable for individuals with type 1 diabetes, insulin-dependent diabetes, type 2 diabetes, and women experiencing gestational diabetes. Whether you've had diabetes for a long time or were recently diagnosed, our program can help you achieve lasting results. Our advanced registered dietitian nutritionists (RDNs) will work with you to create a personalized plan to meet your unique needs and goals.
What to Expect?
Our RENEW Diabetes Intensive program empowers diabetic patients to achieve better health with little or no medication and achieve hemoglobin A1c values in the normal range. Our patients have achieved A1c values of less than 6%, which is considered optimal. Research supports our patients' experiences, with as many as 50% of insulin-dependent type 2 patients getting off insulin and others cutting their insulin requirements in half. By following our program, you can expect to see positive results, and we believe you deserve nothing but the best. Our advanced registered dietitian nutritionists (RDNs) will provide you with personalized guidance and support throughout your journey to optimal wellbeing. Take advantage of additional MNT to maintain your progress throughout the year.
