Dietitian
Emily Forbes, MS, RDN, LD
Emily is a registered dietitian. I don't tell my clients what to eat, sit back and let them figure it out. I walk with you, educate you and teach you actual lifestyle skills that empower you to make a sustainable lifestyle transformation. I see each individual as just that, an individual and not a number or a statistic. My focus is on plant-based foods because when you look at the American diet that is the missing piece, not to mention the common denominator amongst all nutrition philosophies. We all know veggies are good for us, but we aren't eating enough of them. So my goal is to get more vegetables on everyone's plate and break down the belief that healthy food doesn't taste good, because when cooked right it can be delicious!
