Group Medical Nutrition Therapy

These group Lifestyle interventions will be led by a team of expert registered dietitian nutritionists who value whole-person health.  This online, intensive 12-week group program will be followed with monthly group follow-up sessions throughout the year. This therapeutic lifestyle change often replaces medication dependance. 

Diabetes Prevention Program

The National Diabetes Prevention Program continues to prove helpful for people with prediabetes as they prevent the development of type 2 diabetes. This in-person group event meets each week for 16 weeks then monthly.

Individual Medical Nutrition Therapy

Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) is a personalized, evidence-based approach where registered dietitians assess, diagnose, and treat diet and metabolic problems. It focuses on tailored dietary guidance and lifestyle changes to prevent or manage chronic diseases effectively.

Insurance and Pricing

Our services are considered evidenced-based preventive care according to the US Preventive Services Task Force Guidelines and health plans will cover most of these sessions with NO copay or deductible requirement. 

In-Network Providers

We are in network with these Oregon and Washington health plans.

Out of Pocket Pricing

You may pay up front or join our comprehensive monthly subscription plans.
